Our methodology of problem solving has proven to be successful throughout the four corners of the earth: within culturally dynamic societies, in high threat and politically sensitive areas of the world, where indecisiveness can be catastrophic.

Our collective experience has trained us to be creative problem solvers by analyzing all issues, motivation, threat, risk and end-state; to divest ourselves of parochialisms, and then act decisively with a team of highly skilled professionals to operationalize our analysis into a clear, concise, cost effective solution.

TigerSwan was started in Brian's kitchen with just the two of us, but we've grown humbly and steadily since then, reaching 400 employees and offices within the US, Middle East, and Asia in just over 3 years. The skills honed as Special Operators over decades spent in high threat and politically sensitive areas of the world make us uniquely qualified to meet the needs of Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and ministries needing Problem Solvers, Leaders, Mentors, and world renowned trainers.
