Job Description:
Provides operational contract linguist support to Department of State operations in Baghdad, Iraq. Provides general linguistic support for DoS operations and acts as interpreter during interviews, meetings, and conferences. Interpret and translate written and spoken communications. Transcribes and analyze verbal communications. Performs document exploitation. Scans, researches, and analyzes foreign language documents for key information. Translates and reviews foreign language documents. Identify and extracts information components meeting military information requirement list criteria. Provides input to reports. Linguists are required to work 12-hour shifts and in excess of 60-hour weeks in order to provide continuous contract linguist support that this 24 x 7 operation requires.
Background and Experience:
- Minimum required: An excellent command of Arabic (Gulf dialect and MSA), as well as strong verbal and written American English skills (grammar, vocabulary, idioms, spelling) because linguist work products are prepared in English. Must hold a current U.S. passport (or apply as soon as accepted into the program). Must already have an existing Final SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be willing to travel/work in various locations worldwide, specifically Iraq. Ability to deal unobtrusively with the local populace. Familiarity with and ability to conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs. Willingness to work shifts and extended hours in support of 24 x 7 operations. Linguist/Translator (Pashtun)
TSI currently has an opening for a Pashtun linguist Linguist/Translator. The Pashtun Linguist/Translator will prioritize, interpret and translate foreign language oral and written products into English, this includes hardcopy, electronic, and multi-media material. Will produce written reports as well provide general idea (summarization of key points), detailed summaries, and transcripts of the material. The linguist will conduct accurate translations of audio language material and documents in hard copy and electronic formats in a manner that maintains the integrity and meaning of the material.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts/Sciences (or related field) and/or equivalent formal military training of related experience.
Native fluency in Pashtun linguist, spoken and written, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a focused and close knit team, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of the internet. Familiarity with methods/techniques used to conduct research on the internet. Analytical capability, previous in-country experience, and strong ability to speak and write English. Secret & Top Secret Clearance Required depending on linguist category.
Foreign language proficiency: Pashtun linguist MUST possess a minimum equivalent proficiency of a DLPT test score 3/3/3 (listening, reading, speaking) within the past twelve months and MUST be able to provide written proof of such. Commercially equivalent scores/testing are acceptable. If candidate has not taken any of the proficiency tests before, TigerSwan will administer proficiency test to qualified candidates. Job offer is contingent upon satisfactory test scores of language proficiency. Combatives Instructor

Summary
TigerSwan Instructors will conduct combatives training for Military, Law Enforcement and civilian clients. Must complete a mandatory selection process and a follow on training probationary period.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be able maintain a high level of proficiency in Modern Army Combatives Program curriculum
- Deliver blocks of instruction in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with a students from different backgrounds and varying skill sets
- Be physically fit and able to teach physically demanding courses
- Subject to additional duties and responsibilities as required

Physical Requirements
TSI Instructors are expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness. Duties will regularly require long hours and ability to conduct high intensity combatives training.
Security Requirements
As a condition of employment, candidates must have an acceptable background and reference check; provide a copy of their DD214 and pass a pre-employment drug screening. All candidates must be able to gain entry on US Military installations. Active security clearance preferred.
Network Administrator
TigerSwan is seeking a top-tier IT professional who provides information technology systems administration and professional support to internal employees, contractors and consultants.
Primary duties:
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems. Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases
- Courteously obtain and convey concise problem information for local and remote employees
- Add and remove domain users, modify rights, and configure servers and operating environments
- Configure and deploy new workstations and IP telephones
- Act as a liaison between customers and other IT support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation and maintain communications with customers during the problem resolution process
- Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor supplied patches
- Establish and implement technology policies, practices and procedures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability o servers and network equipment
- Complete system performance and security audits and participate in managing all network security solutions, including anti-virus and anti-spam software and system monitoring software
- Perform, monitor, and test internet-based server backups and data recovery

Required skills:
